Caged
A cage, designed to be permanently mounted on a wall.
It's made to be so cramped that the prisoner must remain standing,
The bars are made of rebar mesh, and can be used to restrain the prisoner further, yet has big enough holes that you can stick your hand in through them to play with the prisoner.
If you don't want rust patterns on the prisoner, paint the rebar mesh with Hammerite.
