Pump it up

A kneeling pole, with extra encouragement.
The sub kneels on the dildo, secured by chains/belts/rope against the pole. The dom can stand before him/her, and use the pedal to pump the dildo up down. Standing in front of the victim with the groin right in front of the mouth can also be useful.
The rider can also use the dildo alone, by using the hands to pump the pedal.
Can be folded with a single wingnut.
The pedal mechanism is cannibalized from a bike, with the hub attached to the wooden frame. The pedals needs to be attached to the hub axle using a spline, so their angle can be adjusted. The pedal pushes the dildo up, bungee cords (red) pulls it down. The hub is attached by drilling a hole in the wooden frame, split the frame lengthwise and clamps the hub in place using screws and epoxy glue.
The dildo is attached using a stainless ring with velcro, which goes down to a circular platform with the outer edge lined with velcro.
The dildo will move a little back/forth due to the rotation, but it has some wiggle room in the joint, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Of course, the measurements needs to be adjusted to the bike parts available.
