The Y Knot
A more flexible variant of a cross, where the arms are tied horizontally to the arms of the cross by wrapping with rope or chain.
You can restrain someone in several ways:
* Standing, face out.
* Standing, back out.
* Standing, face out, with the body bent over the center of the cross so that the arms are tied to the back and the hips are pushed forwards.
* Standing, back out, with the body bent over the center of the cross so that the arms are tied to the back and the butt is pushed forwards.
There are rings for both restraining with legs together or apart.
In many ways, a neater alternative to Juckaren.
Can be taken apart to five parts with wing nuts.
