An elegant device for locking a person in a kneeling position. For extra entertainment value, it also has wheels, so that the person can easily be moved around.
How you can use that situation is up to you...
The locking is done by backing up with your legs in the fixed pipes, then put your arms in the loose part and attach it securely with a wingnut. Since the holes in the pipes are too small and the pipes restrict the angle of arms and legs, it's impossible to slither out. Your own body works against you.
If you want a smaller pipe for the arms, just use an adaptor pipe to a smaller diameter pipe, but it is really not needed, unless you want a tighter feeling.
