Yxan
Yxan (The Axe) is a cooler bench for restraining in a prone position. It can be used flat or bent so that the hips are forced up.
It can be folded to a (somewhat) flat package, with all loose parts in the hollow spaces on the inside. If you think it's too heavy like that, it can easily be disassembled into two halves, when the legs as loose parts.
